London , , October 19. The " Freeman's Journal" suggests that a round conference should be held to discuss the question of the leadership of the Irish party.
Devoy accuses Davitt of departing from the secret compact between Devoy, Davitl and Parnell. He states Parnell's recent struggles were intended to secure this compact, but Davitt engaged in traitorous intrigues, contrary to its provisions, in order to please the Liberals.
