In the matter of the NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND, Limited and Reduced, unci in the matter of the Companies Aci, 1567, and of the Companies Act, 1877. Notice is hereby given that a Petition presented to Her Majesty's High Court of Justice. Chancery Division, on the 7th day of Ai:g;ist, 1891, for Continuing a Special Resolution, ■vviiereby it was resolved that the Capital of the Company be reduced from £1.900,000, divided into 100,000 Shares of £9 each, being the Shares already issued, and 100,000 Shares of £10 each, beiiiff the shares unissued to £1,750.000. divided into 100.000 shares of £710s each, being the shares already issued, and lOO.COOshures of £10 each, being the shares unissued ; and that such reduction bo effected by.cancelling Capital which has been lost or is unrepresented by available assets to the extent of ill 10s upon each of the 100,000 shares which hare been issued and are now outstanding, and by reducing tho nominal amount of such shares from £9 to £7 10s—is directed to be heard before His Lordship Mr Justice Stirling at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, on SATURDAY, the 12th day of December, 1891.
