The Waterbury Watch Company, in their advice to their representative in New Zealand by last mail, state that so well lias them- new line of short-wind watches been received that already three thousand jewellers in the United States of America have skills in vh.eir orders. Considering the population of America, each of the above jowellors wili represent 20,CGQ people, and what their requirements will be are not very easily estimated. New Zealand has dona ite share toward building up a trade in these wonderful watches. Already 79,000 Waterburys have been sold in thia colony, and the public wiil be glad to know that all the leading jewellers are carrying them in Btock.
