J[ The undersigned aro instructed by the Trustees in the Estate of John McDonald, late o£ Wairoa South, deceased, to invite Tenders for the Lease of his Estate at Wairoa aforesaid, for a term of eight years. The estate consists of 345 alr 10p, and comprises Allotments 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40, of the Parish of Wairoa. Tenders must state the rent the tenderers are prepared to give: First, for the whole estate.
