H.M.S. CURACOA.
Hke Majesty's screw corvette cruiser Curacoa, 2,380 tons, 10 guns, Captain R. Stopford, which arrived here fchiß afternoon from Lyttelton, after a smart run of throe days, is to make a very short stay in Auckland waters, as she leaves here again on Wednesday for Sydney. She called in here for mail despatches, which were taken off to her by the water-polico boat this afternoon. The warship is on her way to Sydney to be recommissioned for a further term of i service on tho Australian station, and to receive her relief crew, which is now out ward bound from Ports-mouth to Sydney. She has had an unusually prolonged stay at Lyttelton.
