RUSSIA'S CORN EXPORTS.
St. Petersburg, June 8. In consequence ol the reported corn corner, and rapid rise in corn, Russia has established agencies in Britain, France, and Italy, with a view of extending the growth of her wheat exports. The Russian Government is also adopting a protective tariff, which co-operates with the returns of Europe and eastern countries, with a view to develop commercial relations during the revolution.
