<- ARRIVALS. Seabirdj brigantine, Rive, from NewCastle. The brigantine Seabird, Capt. Rive, from Newcastle, and the three-masted schooner Cuthona, Capt. GiS'ord, from Sydney, coal-laden, both 21 days out, were towed into port at 2.30 p.m to-day by the p.s. Eagle.
