THE WAIRARAPA.
The s.s. Wairarapa, 1,786 tons, Capb. Jno.Mclntosh, arrived here to-day at 10 a m from Sydcey. She left Sydney at 11.5 p in on the 4th insb., cleared Port Jackson Heads at midnight, had the Three Kings abeam at 1.45 p.m. on Bfch, and rounded the North Cape at 6 p.m. yesterday, she experienced etrong S.W. winds and equally weather with high seas to the North Cape, thence fresh S.W. winds to arrival. Off the North Cape she passed one of the Union Company's steamers bound west, the " a. Pukaki, Auckland to Greymouth.
