Wellington, this day. The following are the vital etatiatica of New Zealand for March:—
Tho total births in the above boroughs amounted to 365, against 353 in February —an increase of 12. The doatha in March wero 148— a decrease of 40 on the number in February. Of the total deaths, malos contributed 83, females 65. Sixty-four of the deaths were of children under five years of age, being 43 - 24 per cent, of the whole number ; 55 of these were under one year of ago.
