Wellington, this day. Captain Preece, of Napier, succeeds Mr Whitfoord, R.M., at Kaiapoi. Mr Turnbull, of Nelson, goes to Napier. Judge Broad takes the latter's place, and also acts as District Judge for Iselson. Major Tuke goes to Chatham, vice Mr Deightori, retired.
