SHIP ON THE COAST.
' Our Russell correspondent wired at 1 ;{>._. to-day:—"Thes.s. Wairarapa, which arrived here this morning, from Auckland, reports having passed a large ship lash _ight, with double-top gallant-yards, ten miles to the westward of the Little Barrier." As there is no ship-rigged vessel due here, the identity of the vessel is unknown. The barque Broomhall is now due here from London.
