In the reorganisation of the Victorian Cabinet, Mr McLean will have the portfolio of Chief Secretary and Com« missioner of Crown Lands ; Turner (St. Kilda), Commissioner of Trade and Customs ; Graham, Minister of Agriculture; Antrim, Forests. Mr Frank Stewart, a member of the Ministry without portfolio, has resigned on account of Mr Turner's appointment as Commissioner of Trade and Customs.
