THE GOVERNOR'S TOUR IN THE NORTH.

Russell, this day. The s.s. Clansman arrived ut 7 o'clock this morning from Auckland. Lord Onslow and party arrived by her, and are spending the day in seeing about Russell. The Russellites have made arrangements to locally welcome the vice-regal party without the infliction of an address. Lord Onslow aud party express themselves much pleased with the scenery and the harbour. The weather is very fine.
