(Before His Honor Mr Justice Conolly.) Probate.—His Honor granted probate of the will of Thomas Henry, deceased. Trustees.—ln bhe matter of theTrusbees Acb, 1883, and the Public Trustee Office Act, 1872, and the trust created by deed, dated 10th of November, 1890, Mr Buddie applied for the discharge of the present trustees and the appointment of the Public Trustee in their stead.—An order was made accordingly. ; Approval of Conveyance. —la the matter of the Maori Real Estate Management Acb, 1383, Mr Purchas obtained the approval of His Honor bo a conveyance of land by certain natives to Bernard F. Crane. Compensation. — The hearing of the claim preferred by Alexander R. Watson against the Hon. Minister of Public Works for compensation waa ordered to stand over till next Friday. Permission to Sell Land.—On the motion of Mr Breokfield permission was granted the trustees in the estate of W. S. Kirkwood to sell certain land. Mixed Jury.—ln the case of Ropiha Tauiararo and others v. the New Zealand Native Land Setblemenb Company, Mr Cooper applied for summons bo seb aside an order for a special jury. His Honor ordered bhab bhe trial should be heard by a mixed jury, of which the European portion are to be treated as special jurors.
