At a Special Meeting of the Devonport Borough Courcil, held January tho 19th, 1891, the following resolution was adopted :— "That by Special Order, By-law No. 5, regulating the management of the Devonport Public Cemetery, situate at O'Neill's Point Road, be now adopted, and that it come into force on the Ist of May, 1891." A Speoial Meeting of the Council will be held on MONDAY, the 2nd of March. 1891, at 7.30 p.ro,, in- the council Chamber, Devonport, to contirm the said resolution.
