Cambria. —The manager reports thafc the second stope on the cross-leader is along 45 feet. The leader averages six inches and shows gold. A few pounds of picked stone were saved last week. A few pounds of picked stone were also saved from No. 7 leader. The crushing should finish to-day.

Trenton. —The manager reports that gold showed freely in No. 4 level hangingwall. Six pounds of picked stone were also Obtained from near the boundary.

There are 14 load 3of dirb and 311b of picked stone to put through. Cambria. —The manager wired to-day : "66 loads of quartz and 351b ot picked stone crushed for 1520z of retorted gold."

Dives.—The manager wired this afternoon :—" 520z 6dwb retorted gold from 14 loads and 301b picked stone. 1, Saxok. —The manager telegraphed this afternoon :-v" Banked 1750z of retorted gold from 31ft loade of general quartz." A meeting* of shareholders in the Saxon G.M. Company was held to-day in Mr D. G. MacDonnell's office, when Mr Alexander presided. The report and balance-sheec were read and adopted-, after which the retiring directors, Messrs Kisalingand Frater, were re-elected and Mr T. A. Menzies was appointed auditor.
