FOUND DEAD.

A GUMDIGGER'S END. On Wednesday an inquest was held at the residence of Mr James Jordan, Whangaparaoa, on the body of a gunidigger named Robert Booth, who was found dead in his tent in Maori Bay, Whangaparaoa, on the previous day. Mr Henry Palmer was coroner. She evidence of Sergeant Kelly, of Detfonporb, James Jordan, and Henry Clark was taken, and from their depositions it appeared that the deceased had been •.?. gumdigger for the past two years.
