COMMITTED FOR TRIAL.
TiMAEtr, this day. E. D. L. PanoivAL, who was arrested in his flight at Wellington, has been committed for trial for forging three cheques, total £20, and uttering them to different tradesmen.' Daniel Mann, alias Strahan, a tailor, was also committed on the charge of stealing a £5 note from the bedroom of Bourke'e Pass Hotel.
