Alpha,mateh the latter went in first, only making 46. Roberts wae the only man to reach double figures. Gordon got 104 for three wickets. Williams made 21 and Fowko 21' not out, while Moresby has 35 not out. St. Mary's got 81 against Parnoll, Brennan, Hackebt, and Lundon being fche chief scorers. Mills and Gardiner got well set for Parnell, and knocked up 50 rune before they were separated. Time was called soon after. . . Gordon 11. got 58 against Ponsonby, who could reply with 22 only. Ball and Kenderdine where very successful with the ball for Gordon. • " " —, Alpha 11. made 26 against 52 by Wanderers. Of the latter score W. Rowe made 17, and J. Whelan 19. In the eecond innings the Wanderers have 33 runs for 4 wickets, S. Rowe having made 23. Belmont made 58 in their first innings against Educational Chambers, and the latter 34. In the eecond innings Educational Chambers have lost 4 wickets for 27. Queen's College made 42 against Mount Roeklll's 121. Five wickets wefe down for ten runs in second innings for the Queen's College when the stumps were drrwn. The matches *for. the Warehouse Challenge Gup commenced on Saturday, when McArthur and Co. met Macky, Logan, Steen and Co., the latter winning by 106 runs. McArthur and Co.'s team only got 26 runs.
