Notice is hereby given that it is proposed by tho Waitemata County Council, under the provisions of •' The Public Works Act, 1882," to execute certain Pablic VVork, to wit, the Construction of a Roadiu the Parish of Takapuna. County of Waitemata, and for the purpose of such Public Work the Land 3 described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is further given that copies of the plans of the said Road, and of trie lands so.required to be taken are deposited at tho County Olfice. Palmerston Buildinge, Auckland, and are there open for inspection.
