THE MANAPOURI.
The s.a. Manapouri, 1,783 tona, Capt. <Xogan, from Sydney, berthed ab the Railway wharf ab 8.30 a.m. bo-day. She broughb a few passengers. She lefb bhe Circular Quay, Sydney, ab 4.45 p.m. on the Ist insb. Mr R. W. McLennan, purser, saya :—" We had westerly winds till 6 p.m. on tho 3rd, the wind then shifting tb the S. and then S E light to fresh, with considerable swell coming down from the N. 8., till making the _bast. The wind held S.E. till arrival, with fine weather throughout. We sighted the Three Kings at 8.40 a.n_., and -rounded fch« North Cane ab 4.30 p.m. yeeterday;
" The following vessels were sighted on the passage:—A barque steering east ab 2 p.m., 2nd; the s.a. Monowoi, bound west, afc 7.40 p.m., 2nd; a sailing vessel (barque), steering easb ab noon, 4th; a full-rigged ship (with stump jib-boom) off North Capo at 3 p.m. yesterday, steering with signals flying, but too far off to be distinguished ; a brigantine bound down the coast ab 6 yesterday evening." Tho Manapouri's departure for bhe South is postponed until noon on Friday.
