BURNS.—On July 25, at her residence, Newstroet, Newmarket, Eliza Julia, the beloved wife of Frank Burns ; aged 23 years. The funeral will leave her laterts.dence for the Otahuhu Cemetery on Sunday next, at 1.30 p.m. Friends plea3o accept this invitation. CODLIN.—On July 24, at Onohunga, Geoi-ge Codlin ; aged 66 years. The funeral will leave his late residence for the Church of England Cemetery on Sunday next, at 3.30 p.m. Friends are rospectfully invited to attend. PEARCE.-On July 21. Richard J. S. Pearce. late of Corotuandel; aged 77 years. SHE AH AN.—On July 24, at the residence of her son, M. J. Sheahan, Haydn street, Ellen Sheahan ; aged 79 years. Deeply regretted. The funeral will leave for St. Patrick's Cathedral, and thence to the North Shore Cemetery, to-morrow (Saturday), at 2.30 p.m. , Friends please accept this intimation.
