Sib, —Don't you think that the Rugb y Union should prohibit smoking in the grandstand at Potter's Paddock ?
As ladioa have to pay for admission to the grounds, it would seem only right bhat bheir convenience and comfort should be studied a little by the above-named Association.—l am, etc., Smoker.
