PEARCE.-On July 21, Richard J. S. Pearce, late of Coromandel; aged 77 years. SHEAHAN.-On July 24, at the residence of her son, M. J. Sheahan, Haydn-street, Ellon Sheahan ; aged 7S years. D—ply regretted. The funeral will leave for St. Patrick's Cathedral, and thence to the North Shore Cemetery, on Saturday next, at 2.30 p.m. Friend 3 please accept this intimation.
