THE ~&J"EW ZEALAND mWEBD t .0., Whilst thanking their Customers for the vory liberal support which has enabled them to establish a MOST PROFITABLE BUSINESS, Have pleasure in announcing that they have inaugurated a system of PROFIT SHARING WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES. For the future they intend to divide half-yearly Twenty-five (25) Per Cent, of the Profits, commencing from June 2,1890. The following are some of the reasons which have influenced the Company in introducing this system :— Ist. It is only equitable and just that those workmen who assist in earning the profits should share in them. 2nd. The inducement will enable tho Company to secure the very best workmen, who, for their own advantage, will take the greatest interest in their work; consequently the customers of the Company will he better served. In the interests of all concerned, the Company reserve to themselves the right to make the following rules :— Any workman absenting himself from work through intemperance, or having threo bad marks against his work, shall not be entitled to receive j his share of tho profits, the said share to be divided amongst the othe_ employees of tho firm.
