CONCESSIONS TO OFFICERS ONLY.
Melbourne, July 22,
The shipowners have announced, their intention not to grant any further concessions, except in those of officers, and have signed a bond providing for a defence fund.
The seamen are inclined to en fore their demand, and propose cabling to England for steamers, if the owners insist in their refusal.
