There wae a fair abtendance. Mr Wixon was voted to the chair. Mr Thompson, secretary of the outgoing commibtee, read the accounts, which showed a balance of £1Q 19s 9d in hand. The Chairman of the outgoing committee, Mr Thomas Kay, made a few remarks as to the efficiency of the school work, and also referred to the condition of the buildings and improvements made during the past year. For the new committee the following candidates were nominated : — Messrs Thomae Kay, 3S; C. A. Funke, 30; A. S. Thompson, 29; Alexander Jordan, 23; F. Harvey, 21; George Morrison, 16; Miss E. Morrison, lfa; Messrs H. Gollan, 13; C. S. Ward, 6j A. Wixon, 5. The first seven were duly elected. At a subsequent meeting Mr Thomas Kay was elected Chairman, and Mr Thompson. Secretary of the Committee.
