WAIUKU.
There was a very fair attendance of householders in this district, the Rev. W. Comrie in the chair. After the report and balance sheet, of a very satisfactory nature, had been read and adopted with a vote of thanks to the outgoing committee, the following were elected the committee: — Messrs R. Bont (chairman), J. T. Mellsopp (sec), C. T. Barriball, T. Reid, G. McPherson, J, J. Deed, and G. Bennett.
