PORTUGUESE AGGRESSION.
London, December 16.
The Portuguese press assert that the details of Major Pinto's raid up the Zambesi have been exaggerated, and accuse Consul Johnson of deception.
The " Times " and " Standard " insist that Portuguese aggression in Africa must be stopped, even though strong measures should be necessary.
