Zanzibar, December 4,
Stanley has arrived at Bagamayo.
The Emperor William of Germany sent him a cable message of welcome.
Stanley discovered immense tracts of fertile and well-Watered pasturage. He ascribes his escapes from numberless dangers to special Providence.
