Cecil H. and Caroline Gledstanes, for specific performance of agreement, Mr K.esingfor plaintiff and Mr Tole for defendant; Official Afesighee v. Mar' gareb R. S. Buchanan, for £161 10s 4d, Mr Cave for plaintiff and Mr Russell for defendanb : Edwin RobefbsOh v. J. A. Wilson and anobher, for wrib of prohibition, Mr S. Hesketh for plaintiff.
