Chrisichxtkch, this day. At the R.M. Court this morning, George Gray, for failing to provide for his wife &nd children, received eight months with hard labour, and was ordered to pay ten shillings per week for their maintenance. Mr Beetham, R.M., in passing sentence, said the power ought to be given to inferior courts to grant judicial separation in each cases. : '"■•£■; ', . ■';.■:',_ ,;■',
