(Before His Honor Mr Justice Conolly.) Hoskinos (appellant) v. Calkdonian G.M. Company (respondents).—Motion by Mr Theo. Cooper to hear appeal against decision ot Warden of Hauraki Mining District.—Mr Button stated thafc in this case he appeared for the respondents, and Mr Theo. Cooper for tho appellant. It was standing over till Mr Cooper, who was unable to be preset)b, decided what was the next step to be taken.—Ry arrangement, the motion was allowed to stand over.
The Caledonian G.M. Co. (Limited) (appellant) V. Alvred W. Sawykh (respondent).—Mr Button moved to hear appeal against decision of Warden of Haurald Mining District.—This was also allowed to stand over by arrangement.
Martinson v. Allen. —Motion on arguments of questions of law (Dr. Laiahiey). Mr Napier, who appeared for the defendant, asked that by consent the case might be struck out.
