WELLINGTON CRIMINAL SESSIONS.

Wellington, this day. The criminal sittings of the Supreme Court were opened this morning before Chief Justice Presidergasr. The charges against Thomas Boys Garabell of killing a cow and shooting Andrew Smith are being heard, and are likely to occupy the Court the whole day. The cases arose out of the recent shooting affray at Wadestown.
