LABOUR DISPUTE SETTLED.

Westport, thia day. The Capo Foulwind labour difficulty has been settled. The contractors agree' to the Union terms, viz., that all employees on the works must be Union men. The standard rate of wages will be paid, and an agreement to this effect has been signed. Nonunionists will be eligible for admission into the Union.
