CAPE GOVERNORSHIP.
Melbourne, this day.
It is stated that the Colonial Office are again pressing Sir Henry Loch to assume the Governorship of the Cap.. It is also stated that in the event of hi_ accepting, Sir William Robinson would not succeed him as Governor of Victoria, but would be provided for in another colony.
