NEW TREATY SIGNED
RUSSIA] AND GERMANY.
• ILondon, June^2o. It is reported a treaty has been signed by Germany, Austria, and Italy, by the terms of which, in the event of war with France, Italy will occupy Tunis,, Nice, and Savoy, while Austria takes Servia, Montenegro,: and a portion-, of. German Switzerland.
Berlin, June 20.
Count Waldersee, Chief of the German Staff, sent a memorandum to the Emperor urging him to call Russia to account for her• increased armaments on the-German frontier,; but Prince Bismarck dissuaded him from acting, upon it.
