To-day, the shareholders in the Deep Level Gold Mining Company (Limited) held a special meeting in the office of Mr J. Young, Insurance Buildings, for the purpose of confirming the reso-. lutions passed at an extraordinary general meeting on the eighth ultimo. Theresolutions which were unanimously confirmed, were that the Deep Level Company be wound up voluntarily, aad that Messrs G. W. Binney and J, Young be appointed liquidators,
