POLICE COURT—THIS DAY.
(Before Dr. Giles, R.M.)
Duunkenness.—Four first offenders were each fined 5s and costs, or 24 hours' hard labour in default. Henry Smith and William Barnett were each fined £1 and costs, or 48 hours' in default.
City Water. — Timothy Hayes was charged with having takon water from another person's supply without paying for the .use of tho same to tho City Council.— Air T. Cotter appeared on behalf of tho City Council.—On tho application of dofendant the case was adjourned until next Saturday.
