LATE SHIPPING.
The s.s. Chelmsford arrived from her usual Bay of Plenty port of Opotiki to-day, with the following passengers : Messrs Carey, Horrop, Wilson, Captain Talbot, Constable Cavanagh and prisoners, and Misa Berry. The steamer brought as cargo 150 bags maize, 200 bags potatoes, 50 sheep, and sundries.
Melbourne, this day.—Sailed : Taupo, s.s., for New Zealand. Newcastle, this aay. Sailed : Lady Mabel for Auckland ; Alice May and Bells for Lyttelton.
