IMPLICATED.
St. Petersburg, March 6. Important arrests have been mado.. in co 11' nection with the recent railway accident ab Berki.
Admiral Possiett, a Minister of State and Director of Ways and Communications, and St. Jervial, Inspector of Railways, have been indicted for complicity in bhe affair. The arrests have caused considerable sensation in St. Petersburg.
