HANLAN ALLEGES UNFAIR TREATMENT.
Sydney, September 29.
Hlfolan considers that he was unfairly treated in his match with Kemp by the foul which took place having been decided in Kemp's favour. Hanlan seems anxious? to row the match over again, and an attempt is being made to get another contest on between these two scullers.
