THE BOOTMAKERS' STRIKE.
LEGAL PROCEEDINGS TAKEN BY GARRETT BROS.
Two test cases are to be held at the present sitting of the R.M. Court, bearing on the action of the members of the Bookmakers' Union who have left the employ of Messrs Ganatt Bros, on account of the existing .disputes. Garrec Bros, have issued summonses against Alfred McCarthy and Albeit Haurnan, an,d claim iv each instance, £20 dumageß.
