OPINIONS OF THE PRESS.
MR DILLON'S BAIL.
London", September 17. Mr John Dillon will berequired to give bail, himself in one thousand pounds, before being released from prison for the purpose of giving evidence before the Charges and Allegations Commission. The press generally eulogises the attitude adopted by Sir James Hanneh at the preliminary proceedings. The "Times," however, makes no comment At all. The "Daily News" claims that the decision of the Commissioners requiring the " Times "___ to open .the case and produce documents vindicates the contention that the Liberals have made all along.
