Captain Davies of the barque Deva reports of .the,:passage:—Sailed from London April 30, lay in Dowris till May 9th ; tad thick fogs down the Channel; crossed equator 30deg.,,June llth; rounded Cape of Good Hope, July 25th ; rounded Tasmania on August 28th; sighted Three .Kings oh September llth, and f arrived in 'port to-day. Had continuation Of South gales "from 20deg. E. to off Tasmania, when heavy N.W. gala was encountered, and had to heave-to for two days. Oil was here used with good effect,; Head winds were experienced■_ along the coast.
