Sir Ghafles Rbssell' will make application that the Judicial Commission in the Parnell case shall send a. subcommission ta Anc erica to examine witnesses there. He will alsg apply fpr power to examine the alleged forged letters which are in the possessidnroif the "Times." The "Times "■ will apply for power to inspect the books and papers of the Land and National Leagues." :■
