Re Robert Stevexson. —An adjourned meeting in the estate of this bankrupt was held this morning at the office of .the Official Assignee. There were presbnb • The debtor and hia solicitor, and Messrs W. F. Bijckland (for, Alfred Buckland), Brown (Brown, Burrett, and Co.j.Colegrove (for Nelson,Moate, and Co)., Brassey, and Kingswell (for King and Sons). After some discussion, Mr Buckland moved and Mr Brown seconded tho following resolution :—," That the Official .Assigned be instructed to' lay an information against -the5 bankrupt under the 163 rd sectionof the Bankruptcy Act, 1883,forami<tdemeanour on the grounds stated in subsecj tion 9 of that section and such other grounds as in the opinion of the Oillcial Assignee's solicitor will" euppovt an information^ costs of such proceedings to bo paid out of tlie'estiate."
