IMPORTANT RACING LAWSUIT.
CHRisTCHtrBCH, Tuesday.
In the Resident Magistrate's Court/*today, Ci H. Williams, owner of the racehorse Sultan; sued Patrick Gatnpbell, 6ne of the stewards of the Plumpton Park races, for £28 10s, amount of prize money in the Winter Handicap, which had not been .paid. Non-payment is hot denied, but it is contended that stewards are nob liable*. The point will be argued on Saturday;
