ARRIVAL OF THE IONIC.
Port Chalmers, July 3.
The R.M.s. lonic, Captain Kidley, arrived at 11 a.m. from London, via Hobart. She brings 2,000 tons cargo and 107 passengers for all ports. No births or deaths have occurred since she left Home, Her officers are the same as on her last voyage, with the exception of Mr Valentine, lato of the Coptic, who comes as third officer. She left Plymouth at 1.20 p.m. on May 19th,, reached Teneriffe at 8.30 a.m. on the 24th, left again at 1.16 p.m. on tho 25th, arrived at Tablo Bay at 0.30 a.m. on Juno 10% left again at 0.18 p.m. on the same day, reached Hobart at 2 p.m. on June 28th, left againat 2 p.m. on the 29th, arijivingas above. The saloon passengers for Auckland are :•— Mr H. Cooper. Second. Saloon: Mrs Syms, Misses Lynn, Theobald. Steerage : Mr and Mrs Andrews, Mr and Mrs K. McGoural, Mr and Mrs Stenbridgo and family (6), Mr and Mrs Wordy worth and family (6), Mr and Mrs Shelby, and child, Mesßrs Cullen (2), Clough, Evans, Linner (2), Mulleny, McGuinnfiSs, Parker, Porter, Sinclair, and Thornton.
