TWO COLONIES AT LOGGER-
HEADS.
Sydney, July 3. The question of the ownership of the River Murray, which divides the colonies of New South Wales and Vie. toria, is again in dispute. Victoria claims half the river and New South Wales claims the whole river. The question has been raised through the New South Wales Government proclaiming the river closed for fishing for 12 months.
